PAYMENT TERMS
1. 50% of non-refundable deposit required upon confirmation and draft process. 50% balance payment before printing and delivery.
2. All payment are to be made under:
MEETSLUNA STUDIO (MAYBANK Account: 562807546005)
3. Deposit is needed with orders made before 2pm, order sent after after 2pm will be treated on the next working day.
3. If you are using other merchant, choose Instant Bank Transfer (immediate payment).
4. Progress will ONLY be initiate along with booking payment and completing the details order (card content / item template).
5.The amount stated in the invoice is only valid within 3 months after deposit payment has been made. After this period, the item price will be revise based on our current selling price.
6. Any exchange on the purchase made can only be done on item with the same value.
7. Once order had being placed, deposit valid for only ONE year from the date of the payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DRAFT
1. Draft will be ready in 13-20 working days. You will receive a first draft via WhatsApp.
2. Design, color, motion & time duration for video invitation is fixed unless request for customizing and will impose an extra charge.
3. Please check ALL over details including spelling and content before approving your draft.
4. Draft for motion video only send in image preview. Once draft confirm with balance payment, customer will receive in MP4 format.
5. Drafting only limit for 3 times (minor editing). Draft 4th and onwards will impose an extra charge RM5.00/draft
6. Any major changes is charge an additional RM10 and above.
7. Meetsluna Studio will not be responsible for any errors discovered after draft approval.
8. After draft approval and balance payment has been made, print production / e-card / video editing begins immediately and further changes will incur a fee.
9. Meetsluna Studio will not be responsible for any errors discovered after draft approval.

PRINTING
1. Printing will take 5-7 working days after draft approval with balance payment (for normal order).
2. Urgent order will be settle based on appointed date during booking/dealing process is made (including draft & printing process).
3. If the reprint order is caused by the technical problem from our company, it must be the same as the final draft. No artwork changes are allowed.
4. Actual printing may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors.
5. Customers who did not collect the goods within 14 days, we will not keep the goods. The payment will not refund.
6. If u receive incomplete item, please inform us within 3 working days from the date received.

ARTWORK
1. We do not provide any high resolution working file or editable format ( Ai. Psd. Pdf, JPG etc ) . However, we provide a JPG version (non-editable and for phone viewing only) of the same as the printed card, sent via WhatsApp.
2. Meetsluna Studio reserves the right to use images or content of any final product for marketing purposes, with or without customer awareness.
3. All artwork files provided to Meetsluna Studio will automatically become the property of Meetsluna Studio. Meetsluna Studio reserves the right to use and reproduce these files for commercial purposes.
4. The MS (Meetsluna Studio) logo on the kad kahwin, video, and e-card cannot be removed. If there is a request to remove the logo, an additional charge of RM100 will apply
